I was a business customer and I faced brick wall after brick wall of seemingly insurmountable challenges that are quite literally non issues with other banks. That said, the Branch Manager, Angel, stood out completely. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and took ownership of my issue when others had not. She followed through, communicated clearly, and treated me with genuine professionalism throughout the process. This review is specifically for her. She turned an otherwise very disappointing banking experience into one positive interaction, and I sincerely appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me. NBAZ- 2 stars. Angel? 5 stars.
