  Absolute worst bank to have a business bank account. I have been trying to send international wires for a month now and they have some secondary entity Pinacle that is actually just a code generator to “OK” your own wire transfer. It’s some crazy overgrown system that seems extremely archaic and unusable. Most likely created to generate funds. I’m still trying to get support to get a wire out. You have to go into the bank and have them send your wire like a child every time you want to send an international wire. Think twice if you want to send wires with PNC Bank. As a personal bank, it’s perfectly boring as they say and really, no big deal. But for business, you better think twice.

  Botched transition following acquisition of BBVA. My BBVA business debit card stopped working and I had not received a PNC card which left me unable to access my business account. After multiple calls to PNC Bank, nobody ever answered. I left.

  I Swear the ATM at this location absolutely never works! It’s very agitating!

  People here are friendly. Atm doesn't work half the time I have been there (usually there after hours) and I had to make a deposit using the atm and it took my money and didn't credit me. Informed the people inside and they said all they can do is have me call a number.... really? Called the number and the lady said they would credit my account within 10 business days as a provisional credit and investigate within 30 days. I was pretty bummed since it was about 600.00 in cash that I had to wait for. Never again will I deposit through the atm machine. So beware! Besides that they've been a good bank.
