  Called twice to the credit card center for a payoff balance on 2 cards. Every time the representative dis not understand what I was asking for. They argued the current balance was the payoff, not understanding what residual interest is so they both hung up on me. Called the actual banking center at chandler mall.. the gentle answered, I advi a ed of my issue, he stayed ok let me put you on hold to get to my computer... 10.mons later, still on hold so I hung up. These people are completely incompetent. Once I pay these off I will not use them again.

  They specialize in being slow. Took forever to open an account. Online account opening is full of issues. Debit card machine was down. And they never call back or respond to simple questions in a timely matter

  Every time I think I'll just stick it out a little longer with PNC I regret it. Today's the day I am done with this joke of a bank. For the 3rd-4th time in less than a year the tellers cannot even give me correct dates on check deposits. If they cannot even give valid information consistently they most definitely should not be trusted with your money. Spending my time today to get switched to a credit union before these people disappear my money and play dumb to that too.

  I regret having our business and personal accounts with BBVA. It was a very bad experience, unhelpful bankers and outrageous fees that just pop up on long established accounts. And no two people will give you the same answer when you need help. You will be happier else where.
