  I have had to use this bank on three different occasions for work purposes. Every time I walk in, I am in instantly greeted by the nicest tellers, they deposit my checks instantly & are always so kind. Would definitely recommend.

  Rarely do I find the need to go to a branch but in the last month I have been in this branch or have had to speak with this branch several times. Overall I would not say it has been a good experience. If it was not a complete headache to move my accounts, I most certainly would. I ended up driving to the branch at Greenfield and Main which is a bit of a drive from San Tan Valley. But Tyler was the absolute best and if you could clone him for every location, you would always have 5 star reviews.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. I arrived shortly before closing time, well within posted business hours, expecting to complete a standard transaction. Instead, the teller openly expressed frustration about customers coming in “so close to 5 PM” and implied that this happens to her all the time. Rather than assisting me professionally, she appeared inconvenienced and ultimately gave what felt like a made-up excuse to avoid completing my transaction. As a customer, it’s frustrating to be turned away when I made the effort to arrive before closing and when services should still be available. Business hours exist for a reason, and customers should not be made to feel like a burden for using them. If staff are unable or unwilling to assist customers during posted hours, that reflects poorly on the bank’s service standards. I hope management addresses this, as customer service and professionalism…especially near closing time…are essential to maintaining trust.

  This bank does not deserve one star. The first time I went into this bank was to make a simple checking account. I was told that there are no bankers in the bank at the moment, which I found very confusing since it is a bank. Keep in mind this was on a Tuesday at around 930am. I was then told that I had to make an appointment to open a checking account and the next appointment was Saturday at 1130am. I then accepted the Saturday appointment. It is now Saturday, I arrive at the bank, advise the teller that I have an appointment at 1130, the teller Priscilla, then states “sorry the banker has been double booked.” I then told Priscilla that you made me this appointment on Tuesday. She then proceeded to blame the banker for this. A phone call would have been appreciated Priscilla. Needless to say, find another bank with competent employees.
