However, as a healthy and strong business we have spent hours and countless phone calls to open a line of credit and haven’t gotten a dime from this institution. They have failed to provide funding when we needed it most. We will bank elsewhere soon.

A few months later I went in to get another cd account and asked to purchase $2.00 worth of pennies and was told they wouldn't sell them to me because I didn't have an account. Not only they lost me as a future customer they didn't get the new CD account.

Never had any problems with my accounts & always get the help I need from them. 5/24/2025 Pretty disappointed with most recent interaction- tellers are still great. The officers don't seem to care & don't reply to calls or emails. Never thought I'd consider taking my business elsewhere.
