  This bank is very friendly, inviting, and helpful! I wanted to give a personal shout out to Dorothy Goodman of the Buckeye branch. She was very patient, knowledgeable, diligent and very great at communicating the ins and outs of various processes that the bank has to offer. Without her persistence and dedication with helping me, I would've given up on obtaining my Personal Line of Credit! I will definitely refer any friend or family to this location!! 10 stars out of 5!! Keep up the great work!

  NBA REVEIW My wife and I recently visited National Bank of Arizona in Buckeye to open new accounts and apply for credit cards, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. As seniors from out of the country (Canada), we truly appreciated how welcoming and personable Fred, the bank manager, was. We arrived early for our appointment, and instead of making us wait, Fred sat with us for over 30 minutes getting to know us personally. He showed a genuine interest in our lives, offered us coffee and water, and made us feel completely comfortable and valued. By the time we left, my wife and I felt like we had made a new friend. When we later sat down with our account specialist, Dorothy, we received the same warmth, respect, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. It quickly became clear that this is simply the culture at this bank.   Having an account at National Bank of Arizona in Buckeye has definitely been a different experience from any other bank. Here we have been treated like family. From the teller to the manager. Everyone has been amazing. Brandon and Frederick have handled our account needs with much respect, professionalism and have gone the extra mile to help when needed. Thank you so much!
