- MEMelissa Edwards5 days ago5.0Elena Neumann was truly a blessing when I walked into the branch. I have been customer for many years and really no reason to visit the branch. On February 16th of this year my whole life took a dramatic change. My husband passed away suddenly of a heart attack. We were both customers. Walking into the branch I was terrified , scared and did not know what to do. Elena was there with a smile and first she hugged me and assured me she would help me with the banking accounts. She not only took care of me every time I entered the branch she became an angel in my eyes. Bryant Bank is the only bank I would ever recommend and I just hope every branch has an angel like Elena Neumann. Forever thankful for her being there in the most tragic part of my life.
