    Keep in mind this location is in a smaller community. It has been typical that there have been only two to three people working there at one time. That being said, the teller has been friendly the times that I have gone in.

    0 STARS Horrible customer service. We've been banking with compass bank for over 4 years and the past year it has been a disaster with any issue that we have. We had our checking/savings account. mortgage, credit card and loan all thru them.. paid off mortgage and credit card and since then it's been headaches. Closing the rest of my accounts with them and washing my hands. If you need a bank, dont go to BBVA Compass Bank in Scottsboro, AL. Horrible management... no manners would cut me off constantly mid sentence and wouldn't listen to my complete issue.
