Do you know how much of an inconvenience this caused and your customer service is so nonchalant about the whole thing. Ridiculous. The reasoning behind this whole thing that I received is that lightening struck the machine and that sometimes it works and other times it does not. Dont use this bank, if they cant put something as simple as a note on the machine warning customers that they have been having ongoing issues with their atm to avoid said mishap, we wouldnt be here. Awful business.
