The agent answered the phone I couldn't hear a word she said but a hello. I kept expressing my concerns and she just keeps repeating the same thing back to me with the same monotone. Im very very upset, I would not recommend this bank. EVER

The other front desk teller was working with a customer. A nice gentleman working the drive thru finally asked if we needed any help. I hate coming to this bank.
