They really get to know you on a personal basis which makes every visit and transation effortless, efficient and pleasant. Especially when customers service is so poorly rated in today's society.

Made a payment for a credit card balance over the phone with a live representative and the payment did not go through and this showed I was late and I went into the bank and told them it was indeed paid and showed proof of payment . . Then when you call them, they transfer the call and transfer the call and then transfer the call and you get tired. And they apologized but was still charged finance If you can run away from this bank I highly recommend it..

I'm considering leaving Compass as a whole they do not have any concern or care for the customers... And that is based off what I've experienced! I had to ask the manager could we go into an office to discuss my account info? She had me in an OPEN area for God's sake asking personal questions... And, the location is so open and drafty even someone with terrible hearing could hear what was being said... And, I just do not feel secure in banking with BBVA COMPASS anymore! So, when I feel that when you have made many complaints it's time to move on...
