- NMNicole MJun 24, 20261.0I'VE BEEN ASKING THESE PEOPLE FOR MONTHS LITERALLY MONTHS TO REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THEIR SYSTEM. THIS STARTED BAXK on March 26. I called the company and told them they had the wrong number and asked could my number be removed. It happened again on April 12th same thing called them and asked could they please remove my number from this person's profile that I don't know. Again on May 4th same thing and then June 9th. June 10 th I responded with STOP which should have ended all contact. NOPE it didn't happen like that, they started another text chain which I replied with stop yet again. Guess what they did. Started yet again another text message. I called again some guy told me I'd have to speak with the owner who was not there. I plan to leave poor reviews until you all remove my number from your system as I requested back in flipping March! Until my number is deleted from the system... I'm going to continue to post how your company fails to discontinue communication though asked several times verbally as well as the text system.😉 I called today and spoke with a clerk, when I explained or attempted to explain what I was dealing with she became indignant and rude, denying my claims were true and hung up in my face. Before then I expressed I had text messages, call logs and even my phone calls are recorded. I spoke with another clerk who says she's removed my number from the system... if not...
