I don't know who runs this establishment, but if you close at 5 PM, the doors should not be locked until 5 PM. I had a check to deposit, but I see y'all do not care to have money on hand; therefore, I will be utilizing another location that actually abides by the posted opening & closing times for their business. Have the day you deserve. 2/29/26 Update: I see the business has a very SORRY response, so I will go ahead and share the lack of respect & manners they have for their potential customers. Yesterday, when I came to the doors, a black employee and a white security guard saw me and literally TURN AROUND to pretend like they didn't see me. I was stunned and pointed to the store hours, refusing to be treated like a houseplant. They eventually turned around and saw me pointing at the store hours, and one of them shrugged, and the other one pointed towards someone I couldn't see. Based on past reviews for this business, there is a weird issue with the manager of this branch that needs to be addressed. Another customer tried to enter the branch after me. We had a quick discussion, and the lady told me they have a local reputation for being SORRY about abiding by their business hours, and she always has to call to complain. I'll consider calling corporate if I feel guided to do so, but I think this negative review will suffice, as I will not be back. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS. They do not deserve your money, and they are also disrespectful to customers who respect their posted business hours. Like pretending not to see the customer when you're supposed to be open??? Very ridiculous, Looney Tunes behavior.

PNC BANK is a very nice place for my banking experience. It is very convenient and easy to get to and from when traveling that area. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The Officer on duty will assist you also as needed. Its atmosphere is very pleasant and calm. It’s clean and welcoming inside! They make you want to return for your banking needs again. “HAPPY MONEY!”
