  The reason for star's is that I never had problem with this bank I don't have an account you guys but I do my car payment with you guys and the lady at the window so sweet and kind her name I believe is cassia I think that's how you spell it. Great customer service gets great reviews 👍🏻 thank you 😊

  Terrible service! I am banking at compass bank long time ago, now BBVA is horrible service, staffs are careless . Sent in deposit from drive through, there are 3 of $100 dollars bill and 2 of $50 dollars total $400 , asked them to deposit to my savings by written paper After waiting for 10 minutes, recipe sent back to me only $300 dollars, and deposit to my checking, I questioned about that , they I have to come back or come in side , they need to count their money, waiting for another 20mins , and they lady hands $100 dollars bill with out say sorry, very very disappointed, will come back today close my ac ASAP, can’t do banking with this bad service

  I went here to wire funds and the banker, who was busy trying to sell me a home interest loan, wired to the wrong account number. No apologies or anything. When I asked if they would remove their own fees that they charged me for the transaction he basically just said I should have caught the mistake. I have to pay fees for you to make a sales pitch and wire my money to the wrong place?? I'm currently shopping for a home loan, but I wouldn't borrow ten dollars from this bank after the service I've seen.

  this has to be the worst bank with the worst customer service and least amount of compassion out of any bank that I have ever dealt with or heard of I would steer clear of this bank if you are looking to get a new account look elsewhere don'tdon't say I didn't warn you
