  The reason for star's is that I never had problem with this bank I don't have an account you guys but I do my car payment with you guys and the lady at the window so sweet and kind her name I believe is cassia I think that's how you spell it. Great customer service gets great reviews 👍🏻 thank you 😊

  The workers are always so very helpful and friendly. But they are SLOW AS MOLASSES! the management must be trying to save money but keeping low staff. There’s no reason I should be sitting in the drive thru for 20mins to deposit a check and NOBODY was in line when I pulled up

  Have had nothing but issues with PNC. We deposited a check and they have withheld the funds with no explanation and said they’d be available in a few days if “nothing else happens”. After we were told the day before they told us the funds would be available at the end of the day. They say things to try to make the customer think they’re helping just enough and then it stops being their problem

  I went here to wire funds and the banker, who was busy trying to sell me a home interest loan, wired to the wrong account number. No apologies or anything. When I asked if they would remove their own fees that they charged me for the transaction he basically just said I should have caught the mistake. I have to pay fees for you to make a sales pitch and wire my money to the wrong place?? I'm currently shopping for a home loan, but I wouldn't borrow ten dollars from this bank after the service I've seen.
