Do not go to this bank. First I tried to cash a check from their member account and was told they didn’t have to cash anything for me because I wasn’t a member it’s considered a favor even after agreeing to pay the fee. Manager was not in the branch but communicated through phone with teller. The teller the only black female seemed to have an attitude because I asked what the issue was with the check. They all were rude as if I was coming in to steal. I would never bank with them if that was my only option very rude and hostile environment.

If I could give zero star to this bank! The way they treat service members is absolutely disgusting.They held my nephews account past 10 days for an international transfer. It went past 10 business working days and his account was not cleared despite sending all supporting documents. Upon canceling that transaction and getting an assurance that his account will be unlocked in 3 business days, still no response from them. It's totally unprofessional and wrong to give anyone this runaround! I would not recommend this bank to anyone!
