She not only did what we asked professionally but advised us about using our debt card and on money markets. If you need anything done at a bank, I would go see Rochelle.Thanks for your service!!!

She also went above and beyond to take care of our problem and really came through when we needed some help. She really made the whole experience go so much better than I had even anticipated. My interactions with the other employees were great too. I can't say enough about Rochelle, she's amazing and wonderful! I would recommend PNC Bank especially this Branch over any online bank or any other bank 100% hands down.
