  I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. THIS BRANCH IS MY FAR THE WORSE BRANCH I EVER BEEN TO. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR JOB. SO ON YESTERDAY 8/29/26 ON MY LUNCH BREAK WHICH IS ONLY FOR 3 MINUTES. I WENT TWO WEEKS WITHOUT A JOB FROM MY EMPLOYER DUE TO PERSONAL REASON,SO WHEN I DID GET MY CHECK I WENT TO PNC ON ALLISON BENNETT. I JUST OPEN THIS CHECKING ACCOUNT LAST WEEK SO NOBODY IN THE BRANCH WARN ME THAT IF I DEPOSIT MY CHECKS THAT THEY WOULD PUT A 4 DAY HOLD ON MY MONEY AND I WAS OUT OF TOWN WORKING AND HAD RAN COMPLETELY OUT OF MONEY BECAUSE I KNEW IT WAS PAYDAY AND THOUGHT MY MONEY WOULD BE RELEASED THE SAME DAY I DEPOSITED THEM WHICH IS HOW MOST BANKS DO BUSINESS. SO AFTER FINDING OUT THE HARD WAY THAT I WOULD’NT BE ABLE TO GET MY MONEY LEFT ME STRANDED WITH NO FOOD,GAS,HAVING TO BUM MONEY FROM MY DAD. I TALK WITH THE BRANCH MANGER OVER THE PHONE AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITH A SOLUTION TO FIX MY SITUATION BUT NOT ONLY DID SHE NOT CALL BACK BUT I WENT BY THE BANK WHEN I GOT OFF WORK WHCIH WAS AROUND 2:45pm MAYBE AND I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE BRANCH MANGER AND THE CLERKS LIED AS IF SHE WAS IN A MEETING BUT APPARENTLY SHE WAS IN THAT SUPPOSEDLY MEETING FOR 5 WHICH IS RIDICULOUS BE IN REALITY SHE WAS IN HER OFFICE HIDING TO KEEP FROM HAVING TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM BECAUSE SHE KNEW I WAS CERY PISSED AND IT WAS’NT NO TELLING WHAT I WAS GOING TO DO. SOON AS I MY FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON TUESDAY I WILL BE TAKING ALL OF MY MONEY OUT OF THE ACCOUNT AND CLOSING IT BECAUSE I REFUSE TO DEAL WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM AND DISGUSTING PEOPLE LIKE THE ONES THAT WORK AT THIS BRANCH!!!!!!!

  For the love of God please clean your nightly deposit window. Everytime after work I have to go their I feel like I'm gonna take home every spider that lives all over the windows. It's really bad

  I paid my money to clear up my account told me I was denied to open back up my account that was messed up they could have told me that in the beginning she told me I could clear my account of makeup but that never happened I had to go somewhere else and get another bank account

  2% to cash a check that alot to cash a check they said it's because they want to to get a account I would never get a account here there service and there employee are very horrible this bank needs to close there door and now compass bank has sold out to them crazy compass bank was 10 times better then PNC bank
