I would like to give a shout out to Amy Bates, she helped me tremendously yesterday and didn’t just try to sell me a loan or credit card. She tried to HELP me! I actually do not use PNC for my normal banking, but after my interaction with Mrs.Bates I will be using PNC in the future and will be going to her for different needs other than just a basic checking account. I would also like to say the teller that greeted me was SUPER welcoming and even offered me water and seemed to genuinely care about my needs. I wished I would have gotten her name but I didnt Yes PNC is a chain but THIS PNC is amazing! They care and the management is clearly doing an amazing job at this location.
