    My father and I recently began the process of starting a business together and were interested in supporting a local institution by opening our business banking account with Bryant Bank. Unfortunately, our experience during our visit led us to take our business elsewhere. We worked with Kate Robinette, and throughout the interaction, we found her demeanor to be unfriendly, dismissive, and at times condescending. There was little effort made to welcome us, understand our banking needs, or explain the advantages of banking with Bryant Bank. Instead, it appeared that assumptions were made about the type of account we wanted, specifically that we were seeking the lowest-cost option, which was not the case. We were prepared to make a substantial deposit and were interested in learning about all available business banking options. When I asked about alternative account plans, the information provided was limited to the associated costs. The features, benefits, and advantages of each option were not explained, and the responses appeared to come directly from a reference sheet rather than from a strong familiarity with the products. As prospective customers evaluating where to establish a long-term banking relationship, we expected a more informative and consultative experience. Additionally, when we were informed that a cashier’s check would be required to open the account, the communication again felt abrupt and unwelcoming. As a result of this experience, my father and I decided not to return and instead opened our account elsewhere. Had we received a more professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused experience, we would have strongly considered banking with Bryant Bank. We hope this feedback is helpful in improving future customer interactions.

    Kate is so rude. She didn’t even try to be professional. I even asked her if she was having a bad day. I asked questions on a CD and she said the interest you make will just go to taxes. She is not doing that branch any justice. You can tell she hates her job.

    I love this bank, people nice, bank nice, bathroom nice, front door not so nice ran into it 😂. I'm glad it's Friday I'm so ready for crewfish and a beer. Last week we cooked out on the river and it was really nice. You would be surprised how many people don't know how to work a GPS. I know a girl who would get lost in her own back yard. I'm so ready to do some fishing 🎣 does anyone else like fishing?

    Jameka is a rock star! She & Amy always help me get foreign currency when I travel. On my recent trip, I found out the hard way that I couldn’t use my debit card at a foreign bank. One call to Jameka & she had my problem solved!!! I was able to get funds immediately. Thank you to her!!!
