I love(d) the staff at this bank, but encountered a new face today and she was horrible. My husband and I deposited two checks from a yearly dividend we receive from an investment bank. We deposit these every year. They're the same check, from the same company and person, every year. Anyway, we deposited the checks and the teller said they're weird. I said the'yre not weird. She asked why they're written and not electronic checks, and I explained that the executor signed them and we get the same checks every year. She then said "You don't have to be nasty." I did nothing to prompt this rude snark, and I honestly don't know why she was so hostile.

I travel a lot for work and use the app on my phone for Transactions. Recently I noticed some errors with one of my accounts. I was really upset and confused. I took some time out my hectic and very busy day and stopped in The Fairhope branch. From the moment I walked in to when my relationship banker helped me, I felt welcomed and appreciated. Colleen was very helpful in explaining what happened with my account and she fixed it. In this world where every thing is an App and online, it’s nice to have a face to face conversation with someone who loves their job because they Help People. Great Job Colleen.
