- JWjohnny wilsonOct 3, 20261.0I walked in west dothan branch to get change. The lady at the door greated me , i said in need some change. Do you have an account with pnc i said yes. Ok proceed to the line. I waited in line about 10 minutes then the teller invited me to her window. I gave her 2 one hundred bill and ask for 20's gave her my ID. Do you have an account here? Yes i have an auto loan. Sorry i can't give you chang you dont have the right kind of account. I left and went to Reagions thay got me change an didn't even ask for account information.

If you are wanting people who take their time with you and engage with you when you walk in the doors, this PNC is NOT it. When I walked in, employees were laughing and joking with each other. I sat waiting for someone to help me with my account for 20 minutes. Finally, someone asked what I needed and how long have I been sitting and waiting. Instead of fixing my account like I wanted, I decided to close my account down.

This is a brand new atm machine and it’s not working. The old one worked perfectly. The atm is convenient for customers like us who can’t come into the bank since the bank changed the hours. This needs to be fixed - I’m sure we’re not the only ones with this problem.
