- ATAmber Torres1 day ago1.0Wish I could leave a zero. Waited over 20 mins at 1 o’clock on a Friday in the branch while the only teller on duty serviced both the drive thru and the line in office. Another agent, Helen, came back from her lunch and I was called up to her line. I was actually glad she was the one to assist me, as I was depositing U.S Savings Bonds, and she had assisted me in the same capacity earlier in the week (was walked through the process by what I assume was a supervisor). Once I handed her the savings bonds this time, she proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait for her to clear the rest of the line… approximately 4 -5 people who came in AFTER me, because it was going to take her a few minutes to process the transaction. I told her I had already been waiting- and was not willing to wait additional time so she could help others who arrived after me. I waited in the same line as everyone else try one else. She then told me that normally depositing Savings Bonds requires an apt. Which must have meant that there was a change in policy, because that was not the case 72 hrs prior when I deposited others. We’ve had other issues PNC in the past with our HELOC but were willing to stay loyal as they resolved those issues eventually. With other options in the area now, like Chase, there’s no point in having a PNC account. Being understaffed should not become the issue of the clients that they allegedly value.
