  I would like to thank Carla Agee for being so very patient with me today to help me order Sterling Pounds for trip to Ireland. I have done business with Bryant Bank since it started in Tuscaloosa 20 years ago. The Bryant Bank Family helped me tremendously with my financial matters of my business at the time and supported me in any one they could, allowing me to cater the grand opening of the first location.Many of the team is still in that location today. The feeling you have in dealing with them is comforting in that you are made to feel like a friend not just a account number. Carla represented this legacy for me today and I thank her greatly. If you are searching for a banking institution that cares about you and not just your money do not hesitate to use Bryant Bank. The legend lives on with this group from the legendary Paul" Bear" Bryant through his son Paul Bryant Jr.

  If you are a first time home buyer or you are a seasoned buyer, Vince Hughes is the man to speak with. He helped my husband and I purchase our first home recently. He went above and beyond. He answered all my questions (even in the middle of closing day), eased my nerves, and was so full of knowledge. If you are in the beginning stages of thinking of purchasing, give him a call!   I walked into your bank this morning simply clothed with jeans and a t-shirt on hopes to speak to a bank regarding opening a Business checking and savings account. I walked into the building with 3 ladies working the counter with no customers and Jameka Dumas sitting at her desk also with no customers. I walked to her desk, because the 4 employees and her working did NOT acknowledge me or inquire why I was there. I asked if there was a banker to speak with about an account (still sitting, did not stand, nor shake my hand, smile... Nothing told me to "have a seat"... Really!!?? I asked her to tell me about the bank and current APY rates, just standard questions new customers should ask... She handed me the companies folded flyer and said "there you go".... So both us with both blank faces, I was waiting for her to respond and tell me why I should deposit my money and establish a relationship with Bryant Bank, and she just looked at me like i was nothing, didn't care about why i was there... She made no effort, none what so ever to make me feel welcome and comfortable... I simply took flyer and walked out before I told her I would like to deposit $47,000 in cash... I guess because I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt I didn't look like I had money. Not to worry I'll be taking my business elsewhere to Alabama Credit Union, maybe they will treat me with Respect
