So I went here and tried to cash a check that had this bank on the check. The teller at the far right looked at it and said, “I don’t have the cash to cash this check.” With an attitude written over her face. I was not rude nor disrespectful. My immediately thought was, how do you not have cash to cash a check, that is yours? Not only that, did you forget that this is a BANK? If no other business in the United States does not have any cash, the bank is the only place that is supposedly guaranteed to have cash money. I will notify everyone I know that South State does not cash checks because they do not have cash.
