The employees of this Inverness branch kindly and patiently assisted me and an older dear sister (who is a regular customer of the bank). We were greeted right away as a young gentlemen held the door open for us to enter. He asked if we needed water. My elderly sister asked for coffee. He proceeds to bring her coffee with her request for creamer and sugar. I would include his name, but unfortunately, I forgot it. Thank you for your care and attention. Others who kindly and patiently assisted us in completing our tasks were Devonte, Chrissy (from the Lee Branch) and Cesar. My dear sister was given the opportunity to take her time with her different tasks and was assisted promptly and efficiently. I am grateful for the gentleness and kindness shown. It was greatly appreciated.

This location needs better management and scheduling. There's usually only one teller working both the walk-up counter and drive thru. There are more employees behind the desks and they looked bored with nothing to do. The coffee is a hit or miss because sometimes the machine doesn't work.
