- DSDavid SheetzAug 11, 20221.0If you bank with PNC, RUN AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN Since purchasing BBVA PNC has ruined my banking experience. They have reduced free features making me pay for services I previously received for free (even when professionally voicing frustration for that fact to the bank manager and tellers, they disregarded it rudely) At a minimum I expected to be grandfathered into services I have had for over 2 decades but no. This branch brought in employees that are clearly on the PNC initiative with no desire to provide customer care or service and only want you to pay for more services. If you are not interested in giving them more money they are not interested in providing good customer service. I’ve dealt with anything from inconsistencies in policy to rudeness since using this PNC branch. I can’t put into words the frustration of having no choice in any of this and am now having to search for a new bank based off of how horrible this has gone.
