- JKJohn KeysMay 5, 20261.0Horrific customer service. The level of incompetence and rudeness has left me speechless. From blatantly being lied to. Then being told something different depending on who you speak with. You are left with trying to figure out who’s telling the truth. On-top of this they have a branch manager who laughs it off and threatens you. Screaming I can close your account right now. Highly suggest picking a new banking institution.
