Friendly & knowlegable staff.
They are not open on Saturdays for business.
Quality of services have decreased since they bought out the former bank.
They cut banking hours and not open for banking on the weekends

Since the name change (twice since Charter Bank) I have experienced errors, issues, and a lack of professionalism I've never seen before and I was there for the Wachovia to Wells Fargo devolution. The app has never worked, not once. You will get handed off if you are able to get someone on the phone. If they make a mistake, they will not tell you what that error was, only that they regret it happening. If someone bought this bank for parts or something, I wish they would let the account holders know.

I'm very disappointed in what this bank turned into. Centerstate has ruined the amazing buisiness that was Charter. Setting aside the nightmare that was the transition, it now seems like everything good that Charter had is gone.
1. The app is like dealing with dial-up and you have to log back in if you hit the back button.
2. Direct deposits take too long to clear.
3. Transfers from/to your own accounts have to be scheduled if its after 10 p.m. ( and as of a day later it still hasn't cleared)
