CenterState is really disappointing in every aspect. If you need to use mobile banking be prepared to have to call and have your password reset EVERY time even if you just logged in 30 minutes before and also be prepared for the customer service agents ( not at the local branch , but the after hours corporate ones) to hang up on you if they bother to answer at all.

I know it was a tough transition going from charter bank to centerstate but the employees at this branch have always treated me well and been extremely responsive to any questions I ask. If you’re reading this review looking for a bank, I encourage you to give them a try based on customer service alone.

I’ve never called a business to ask a question that didn’t end with me thanking the business for their help. However, Center state has been the first exception. Zero effort in helping to find an answer to my question or a solution to the issue. I just couldn’t bring myself to say “thank you” for nothing. I’ve had plenty of issues with this bank before, but this was the first that had me absolutely dumbfounded.
