Tried calling the branch several times with no answer so had to call the customer service number and have them reach out . Not very happy with their customer service

When they answer the phone they are great but the issue is getting them to answer the phone. Atleast need the option to call back when someone is available or have an option to leave a voicemail rather than letting the line ring until you just give up
