After being on hold for 45 minutes, I gave up and hung up. I just needed help with something simple, but couldn’t get anyone on the phone to help. This has happened more than once.

I asked him to email me the info so I could look it over but he never did, so I went with my current servicer and now have a bad taste in my mouth from CUTX.

This location excelled in professionalism, by willingness to help, and determination to go above and beyond in their job performance. I had the pleasure of meeting the team Orlando, Jenny, Adwoa, and bankers Alex Nana and Shane. I can not thank you enough for exceptional resources, help, and making a difference in assisting my financial situation with no judgement, respect, and enthusiasm. Opened an account for my daughter and for the past 2 months the credit union keeps putting 2 week holds on her paychecks until they release the funds to her. They told her it would last 60 days and end today on the 4th but no, there's another hold on her check until the 13th. Planning to close our account and go elsewhere. Would not recommend for a 17 year old bc the holds are ludacris
