    Called online to reset my password but they still had trouble so tell me why I have to wait 3 days for them to mail me a temp password like really??? I need access to my account and money right now. I’ll be switching banks and I always have more trouble every single time. I don’t recommend this bank if you like ease of access to your money and account.

    They do NOT bother to answer the phones! I called 3 times for help with my card & all 3 times they were over 2-5 minute long waits. unfortunately this bank does NOT care about its people.

    No working atms. Long line inside. It’s like they went back in time. Not here to talk to people just want to deposit my renters payments and leave. Will be looking for another bank.
