  They do NOT bother to answer the phones! I called 3 times for help with my card & all 3 times they were over 2-5 minute long waits. unfortunately this bank does NOT care about its people.

  No working atms. Long line inside. It’s like they went back in time. Not here to talk to people just want to deposit my renters payments and leave. Will be looking for another bank.

  I’ve never had a positive experience with this bank. Went to deposit cash into my husband’s account and they said they no longer take deposits unless you have an account with them. I do not understand why I can’t deposit CASH into an account my husband has there. 2 days prior I made a cash deposit to the same account at a different location in International Blvd.

  Never will go back to this location. There was a significant line. Two tellers were working hard but two employees were standing around drinking coffee and chatting. Teller said they were bankers. I don't care what their titles are they could serve customers. I am sure one was the branch manager. He could help customers not just stand around watching us suffer and waste time in lines. I know why this bank is rated so like go down the street to a different branch.
