I was on hold for Minutes, and it is done without benefit of any sound --obviously, PNC wants you to think you were disconnected and want you to hang up, which I did. This company does not know, or care, about service to/for its customers and makes me wonder how it stays in business. I would urge anyone with an account to close it and put your business where someone/something cares! If I could rate it at -10, I would.

Unless you have a lot of time to waste I won’t recommend service with this bank .When did service industry have gone so wrong? Sadly the customer is the one to suffer at their own expense and time .
