I Went in to simply pick up a debit card that was mailed in to the branch because the very first set were mailed out to a wrong address and I don’t know who enredes up with those. That was the first mess up they did. Also they mailed out the pin to the cards along with the first batch of cards. It was annoying that I already had to make time out of our busy work days to go in and fix that. Then today I get there, the lady in the first dest told me she’d be right with me. She then gets on a long call and by the time she was done, there were more people in the lobby waiting. So she skips me. And then I tell her that I was the first one there, so then she discusses with the lady she was going to take in, how I was there first. And then she asked what I needed and I said I’m here to pickup my debit cards. She then tells me that she doesn’t do that and I need to go tot he teller!!!! WTH?! Had she asked me in the very beginning what I needed, I could have been out of there in no time! BUT NO. After I told her that, she told me she was on a call when I walked in, which is a complete LIE!!! I have patience or tolerance for stupidity!!! She definitely needs to learn how to properly greet, ask and inform customers before knowing she will be getting on a lengthy call or before getting busy. I am seriously thinking about telling husband for us to just close our acct and move our money elsewhere. UNACCEPTABLE.
