- JJJusto JiminezNov 9, 20255.0Hands-down, one of the best banking experiences that I have ever had. From the first day that my girlfriend and I walked into that place Greg tended to everything that we needed very diligently and meticulously. We have banked with Chase and Wells Fargo for quite some time, but we’re just unhappy because we seem like just another number to them. At PNC Greg made us feel like more than that. It’s just so nice to go in to a financial institution where someone is patiently going over everything with you. I am recommending PNC to all my friends and family.

Her first words where, what are you waiting for? I told her that I was there to have a bank card printed out for me, before I could even finish my sentence she was trying to get me to go to another branch, because obliviously she didn’t want and black man standing around. I wanted to tell her the things I’ve noticed the body language the attitude she was giving off but I thought against speaking my mind, because I’m sure I would’ve been taken away in cuffs or even worse. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had banking ever. I honestly felt discriminated. I’m thinking about having the NAACP look into this branch honestly.

I've requested MULTIPLE TIMES to opt out of overdraft so I wouldn't get charged more than WHATS IN MY ACCOUNT, but these people dgaf. I'll be going to the bay area blvd location and closing my account when they open in 25 minutes and I'm going to give y'all an ear full. If 0 stars were an option I'd try to give -1.

- RIRob IntactJan 4, 20221.0I’m currently sitting in this PNC Bank location and theirs 1 and I repeat 1 employee working and 5 different people have entered needing everything from a new account, card reissue, cashiers checks but everyone has grown frustrated and walked out! There’s another employee that walked in 20 minutes ago but is in an office acting as if they can’t come assist this lone employee to create a better customer experience! If I didn’t have multiple accounts and no time to move them all I’d walk out and NEVER utilize this bank again in my life!!! This is PATHETIC!!!
