- AUA Google UserOct 18, 20251.0In today’s world, there is no reason why a banks app doesn’t work truly. If you transfer or someone Zelle’s you money, don’t believe it’s available to use as it stats. They will return major bills, I guess to try and charge nfs fees. I have taken screen shoots of the app and what it says, and then the bank says the app is wrong 😑 Unbelievable! If you show to have xyz available, but part of it’s a transfer it’s not truly available and they don’t tell you that. PNC has some of the nicest employees if you go into the bank, but Lord help you if you have to call the service line.
