- CSCourtney SmithJan 1, 20261.0Haven’t even had business accounts with them 2 months and I’m already looking for another bank to use. It’s been one problem after another with them. Can’t hardly use my debit card for my business without it being declined and having to call them to fix something on their end. I’m fed up.

They're Great! tried Plains, not helpful with using banking issues & a DATA Breach), southside (the worst rude & unprofessional staff), inside Walmart bank (inconvenient & small, customers coughing on you in a crowed line), Citizens bank ,lacking professionalism, negative experiences. Thankfully! First bank is the Winner! I appreciate their complimentary "Checks on us" Have had some helpful, friendly CS, willing to do the job right!

I cashed my check on Friday with Sylvia the branch manager she deposited my money into either her account or someone else's finally on Tuesday today I was able to get them to put the money back into my account and they said it was a simple mistake but 4 weeks ago the same thing happened with a different teller trying to steal $200 cash from me at the counter and they said that was a simple mistake as well don't do business with this Bank unless you want your money to be put into other people's account

Also I used to text my loan officer details on a piece of equipment I want to buy and he could get me an answer in 15 minutes. Not now, now I can’t even get a call back. Closing my accounts this week had enough
