She would not state why I couldn't make a withdrawal from my account. I called customer service to see if their was an security issue on my account. They confirmed there was no issue and not sure why the teller wouldn't make the transaction. I'll follow up with the branch manager tomorrow about the issue.

She will definitely be a go to for any of our banking needs moving forward. We got all our accounts set up and even got set up with a new debit and credit card. Also shoutout to Patty for providing two suckers for my young daughters. Thanks PNC! We appreciate the knowledge and care shown by the friendly staff. We will be back again soon!

They disabled my card with no explaination . I implore you to send your time elsewhere this company does not care about you.
- JRJennifer RinessOct 29, 20241.0Had a major banking issue with fraud and the branch manager came out and was rude and said I needed to make an appointment and her phone call and the personal bankers phone calls until the afternoon were more important than helping the only customer inside the branch, it was 10AM. I have been to this PNC 4 or 5 times and never had good service. I’ve also been a PNC customer for almost 14 years. Do not recommend this location and don’t waste your time, go to Mansfield at Broad street location. All the staff at the other branch’s are 10 times more helpful and kind.
