I have done business with this bank for over 20 years and would give a zero star if possible.Rosa should be replaced with someone who knows how to do the job. I will take my business elsewhere.
- LKLaChica KingFeb 3, 20261.0Walked into the this bank for the first time today. When asked what I was here for, I shared that I was interested in opening a new business account. Jacqueline Wiggins, Branch Manager II, explained they were short staffed and I asked to make an appointment. She wanted to stand at the door and insist on reviewing my documents before setting an appointment. I asked her if we could go into her office as she was not assisting anyone, and I would show her my documents because it was unprofessional to look over my information standing at the door. She refused and stated that she wouldn’t make me an appointment without seeing my documents and stated that this is where they review documents before setting appointments. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. It’s clear to that I was not welcomed.

She would not state why I couldn't make a withdrawal from my account. I called customer service to see if their was an security issue on my account. They confirmed there was no issue and not sure why the teller wouldn't make the transaction. I'll follow up with the branch manager tomorrow about the issue.

She will definitely be a go to for any of our banking needs moving forward. We got all our accounts set up and even got set up with a new debit and credit card. Also shoutout to Patty for providing two suckers for my young daughters. Thanks PNC! We appreciate the knowledge and care shown by the friendly staff. We will be back again soon!
