All companies should take note that customer service representatives are who really make or break an organization's image and with great people skills such as Vicente's, businesses can only be successful with the public.   Came in today to hopefully get to talk with someone about preparing my taxes. The lady who I talked too at first seemed like she was ready to help, as I was explaining my tax situation to her, a man who I presume is named Josh, had interrupted, asserted, and inserted himself into the conversation. He began to tell me that I needed a CPA. So I asked what it is that they do, that I couldn't achieve with TurboTax. A truly legitimate question, and he just got an attitude with me. I gathered my paperwork and started walking away as he began taunting me, gaslighting me as I walked out the door as if I'm the one that came in with an attitude. I'm literally walking out of the door, and I turn to him as he is taunting me, "what's the point of taunting? I'm already walking out of the door". Taxes are stressful enough, even more stressful when you get talked too and treated in such a way. he really lost my business just with the attitude, but even more so when he couldn't "sale" the tax preparation product that they claim to offer. I then went to another tax preparation service and they got everything under control. When I told them that this company wanted me to go hire a CPA they laughed and said, that's absurd. They then explained to me my options and I was flabbergasted at the misinformation that, presumably josh, had told me. Seriously, why would I pay you hundreds of dollars to do nothing, nothing more than what I could do myself on TurboTax.. hire a CPA.. and his attitude! Unbelievable. Never coming here again.
