After 2nd pmt due to change in County) we were told the balance was FULLY covered. Despite this, when they arrived at the jail, they took an additional 400 CASH from our friend. We followed up IMMEDIATELY, they acknowledged prior pmt and conversation-yet REFUSED to address the additional cash taken!! At best, this was poor communication At worst, it raises SERIOUS ethical concerns! PROCEED WITH CAUTION

Then they show up at the jail and take your friend’s money too. When you call them on it, they just shrug. What kind of business does that? One that knows the people they’re dealing with are in crisis and think they can get away with it.

Spoke with Luis about bonding out a friend — we agreed on a price, paid it, and then got hit with a second charge because it was “out of county.” Fine. Paid that too. We triple-checked that everything was covered, and Luis confirmed it was paid in full before they even went to the jail. But when they showed up to post the bond, they took over $400 in cash off our friend, even though they knew it was already paid. When we called them on it, they didn’t deny the conversation or the payment — just refused to admit what they did was shady. This place is either completely disorganized or intentionally predatory. Either way, you’re gambling with your wallet if you deal with them. ETA**** Thanks for your reply — but let’s clarify the facts. Luis was absolutely aware this was an out-of-county warrant, and that’s why there is a second charge on my credit card — to cover the increased cost after the county was confirmed. We paid that second amount in full after reconfirming with Luis that it would clear the bond. What you’re not addressing is the third payment: over $400 in cash that was taken from the individual being released after you already confirmed we were fully paid. That cash was taken at the jail, without our knowledge, and despite multiple confirmations that nothing else was owed. This isn’t about miscommunication. It’s about accountability. Three separate payments were made for one bond
