I have done business at the Tyler branch for about 6 months now and I've always had a good customer experience every time I've ever gone in. I've had to get cashier's checks and counter checks. I've ordered checks. I've made deposits and withdrawals. I've had questions about my checking account. I've had to update a signature card. No matter what I've needed to do they have always been able to get it accomplished. I could do a lot of my business online or at the ATM but I honestly prefer coming into the branch because the people working there are just so nice. I can't remember everyone's name who have helped me, but Alma, Travis and Jeremy Moore (Assistant Manager) are just a few. And Taj has always been so helpful and is just a delight. I'm always made to feel like I'm a valued customer every time I walk in the door. I honestly wouldn't bank anywhere else.
