Autumn was very respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. I went in for a withdrawal and to ask for help on an issue I had with a purchase. Autumn was able to quickly figure out the problem and I was able to make my purchase. I will definitely drive the extra mileage to visit this branch.

Worst place ever to open an account at any of their locations. If I could give a zero star review I would. My GF opened a savings and a checking account. She received a check in the mail from a company and wanted to deposit it if it was a good check. Within a few days of opening both accounts, the credit union locked her accounts where she couldn't even get access to her money that she had deposited into her accounts the day she open the accounts. They also failed to notify her of locking and closing her accounts. She went to a branch to see what was going on and they told her the check she received in her name was a fraudulent check and could not be deposited. Which is fine. That's what she wanted to find out. HOWEVER, they closed her accounts and charged her for the fraudulent check that she received in the mail as if it was her fault that the check was bad. They also kept her membership fee. The whole point was to have them run the check to make sure it was good or not. They treated her as if she was the criminal. She contacted the credit unions fraud department while she was at one of their branches and they interrogated her and made her feel embarrassed in front of everyone in there. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Good thing about this is, THERE'S BETTER BANKS AND CREDIT UNIONS THAT WILL TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT & DIGNITY..
