For six months they told me I could not close a joint account with my now ex husband. I went into the tomball branch and not only did they say yes, I could close it, but they did it for me that day! 6 months of stress lifted immediately! Every person I’ve dealt with, both tellers and managers, at the tomball location were very respectful and professional. I’ll go out of my way to work with them from now on.

On top of that if you have a dispute you are still required too pay all the nsf charges until dispute is cleared. Which takes up to 45 days. On top of that when I requested to close my account the dang idiot was actually willing to do it no questions asked. Smh. If that's how they are doing business now I need to take my account somewhere else.
