- AAame ameMar 24, 20261.0#PNC Bank offered a reward to open an account, but more than 6 months later, we still have not received it. We have written documentation, and the branch manager confirmed that we qualified but still have not received it. Hidden fees and days of back-and-forth with representatives without a clear resolution. Very disappointing experience. Other banks offer similar promotions, so choose carefully. This has been a very disappointing and disheartening experience with PNC. A rep, Suzan D, left a message asking us to call back, but when we returned the call promptly, we could not reach her(she never picks up!). More than 6 months later, the promised reward still has not been paid. Stay clear from these people! Update: thank you @JP, I did and have not heard back yet. A lady Suzan D. (no last name under her email !) Case Manager Retail Support --- She calls , and when we try to return her call, she doesn’t answer.....It feels like there is a mismatch in timing and follow-through. I have also left my work schedule, but calls often come during my work hours. I’ve requested a call during a time when I’m available, but that hasn’t happened yet. This has made communication difficult.....I will provide further updates! extremely disappointed and dishearten!!
