    Fui ayer a hacer un depósito y las personas que estaban ahí me dejaron 45 minutos esperando y ni siquiera me resolvieron tuve que ir a otro banco. El señor Rafael y el manager PÉSIMO SERVICIO y su actitud HORRIBLE. No lo recomiendo y su comentario fue “en esta sucursal así son todos los clientes” mejor vayan al de Kuykendahl y woodlands parkway totalmente otra cosa!!!

    I was a costumer of BBVA until it turned into PNC and it was complete chaos. Omar was such great help throughout the process, I highly recommend him, very helpful!

    Not happy with the bank transition from BBV to PNC, I will be closing my account ASAP, the people at the branch are great, they are not responsible for the bad transition
