  I genuinely adore this location, it’s a convenient drive and well-kept but also, my now-favorite employee works there. I happened to meet Timothy one day while making a small transaction, and that turned into him eventually helping me through the process of opening my first PNC credit card. He made it simple and SO easy to change my last name (I got married), and he walked me through a million other tasks I needed done. He was patient, informative, helpful, but most of all, friendly. Service with a smile is so appreciated!! I literally leave and come back another day if he isn’t there. Timothy made me feel like a valued member of PNC and helped me meet multiple goals that were important to me. He went above and beyond in more ways than I can count. Because of him, I will always use this PNC branch.

  Every time we’ve needed a banking service that couldn’t be done through self-service, we’ve always been greeted with a smile! Timothy is always a much-needed ray of sunshine when we stop by.

  Love this branch, the people working there are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Top notch service, especially at a time when most other banks just treat you like a number.

  I was trying to get a large some of cash for a fence project in Spring. The old Compass bank near my home has apparently closed shop so I went to the PNC off Grogan’s Mill- they had NO cash. First time I’ve heard that. …So I came to this Hughes Landing branch. They were able to get my cash, but the process was excruciating with the remote teller, other customers waiting behind me, no privacy, very unorganized and unprofessional feeling and I had to park on the other side of the crowded Whole Foods parking lot. I felt vulnerable walking that far with that much cash… I will most certainly be leaving this bank on Nov 5.

  This is a full service branch for PNC in the Woodlands. They have two ATM vestibules for you to use, and there is teller and banker service. I docked one star because there is no parking lot, you must park on the street.
