  The cashier seemed very dissatisfied with her job and provided terrible customer service. I had to ask two times, "How are you doing?" just to get a word from her. Remember, I am the customer; it is her job to greet and serve. She was unwelcoming and didn't even ask how I was doing while I deposited $30,000. It was the worst customer experience ever. Despite this, I wish her all the best and a great weekend with big smile on my face.

  Our organization has banked with PNC for years but this was the first time I actually interacted with the tellers. From the receptionist to Jennyfer helping us open a money market account, every one was amazing. Anytime a new individual walked by and noticed us waiting, they always acknowledged us, confirmed we were being helped and offered us refreshments while we waited. Opening the account was a smooth process and Jennyfer provided us with value information to assist us in the future. I'm now considering switching my personal accounts just because of their customers service at this location and awesome rates. Thank PNC

  Had to come in to get a new debit card because mine just stopped working for Jo apparent reason becire I head to Mexico. They had only one employee that could “help me” they treat you like cattle scanning to go in line and not enough employees to provide good customer er service.
