I spoke with her about a situation that I didn’t know how to handle and she walked me through the steps and gave me some contact info for who I needed to talk to. The number she gave me was the right one, I got a hold of someone immediately, and the situation was resolved in less then eight minutes. Every branch needs a Kaylee.

After a very unfortunate situation involving identity theft, I met the manager at PNC - Cochran's Crossing (by just walking in the front door), Ms. Paula Ramos, and she has worked tirelessly in assisting me in resolving the problems related to my situation. From the moment I walked into her bank she made me feel very welcome and always taken care of. I had already been dealing with another branch and she did not have to assist, but she has continued checking in with me, working with me, and both reassuring me and explaining everything to me thoroughly. I can't praise Ms. Ramos enough with her company as she is an outstanding leader. I highly recommend her branch if you are looking for a new bank to assist you in your financial needs - I guarantee you that Ms. Ramos will provide superior service.

Took my 18 yr old son to open an account In Person but they would not do it without a second form picture ID. Unless he had a current school ID or passport, they had zero options. So we went home and he opened an account online with Chase Bank instead. Easy- Took five minutes and he was all set. There are so many other options out there. Not sure why PNC wants to make it so difficult.
