  Five stars is for Kaylee. I spoke with her about a situation that I didn’t know how to handle and she walked me through the steps and gave me some contact info for who I needed to talk to. The number she gave me was the right one, I got a hold of someone immediately, and the situation was resolved in less then eight minutes. Every branch needs a Kaylee.

  PNC is the old Compass BBVA. I needed a "signature guarantee" which includes the Medallion stamp, so I tried a few areas out here where I live. All locations need you to have a bank account with them, which is difficult for those of us living in the ether. I even offered to pay for it at a few where I did not have an account. Anyway, PNC also requires this, so I figured my old BBVA account would work. It didn't, they couldn't find it. I drove 45 minutes to get there, so I just opened an account since I was very tired of trying to get a stamped signature. The good news is that the Maxx Smith, the banker, was really great to work with. I did open an account to get this stamp but Maxx made it worth it....so yeah, I'd use them if I lived in the Woodlands again.

  DO NOT OPEN ACCT!!!!! WORST BANK POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY LOCK YOUR CARD BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS A SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY TO THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE
