- TBTyler BFeb 15, 20231.0Went today to withdrawl cash from an account that I have been on for 20 years. PNC acquired the account when it switched from Compass. The manager I spoke with was argumentative and kept telling me over and over that another family member of mine was not on the account when I mentioned it. That comment had nothing to do with the transaction at hand and I was just trying to make conversation. He went out of his way to tell me over and over that my sister was not on the account and that he could not help me with the transaction. I had to go and get another family member who was listed as the account owner to finally make the transaction. I can see now why the ratings are so low for this branch. Definitely steer clear of this branch if possible.
