- ACApril CryerJan 24, 20261.0Rude. Treat customers poorly. When an customer from a commercial account went in for change, they were treated poorly and the Bank Manager did nothing about it. I have filled a complaint on the PNC Bank web page. But this still will not solve the problem for the commercial account holder needing change for the business.
- MCMacario CardenasJun 6, 20255.0Mr. Trevino (branch manager) was really helpful in answering questions about the services they offered. I closed on a HELOC loan very quickly and effortlessly. Zero closing fees and they paid for the appraisal. Rocket mortgage wanted $4k in closing and my local credit union wanted $3k. I shied away from a second mortgage due to the fees but PNC was a clear winner. I will always go PNC for future loan options.
