Zero closing fees and they paid for the appraisal. Rocket mortgage wanted $4k in closing and my local credit union wanted $3k. I shied away from a second mortgage due to the fees but PNC was a clear winner. I will always go PNC for future loan options.

He has thr typical OLD TIMER SLAVE MASTER MENTALITY. This is a second chance bank and he made me feel like a horrible person because i was honest about my personal credit and banking history. He pretty much told me that people dont deserve a chance when in fact his mother could have aborted him as a fetus. Seems like he doesn't deserve a chance at anything in life. He called the cops on me my pregnant wife and 1 yr old son the following day all for me going in and closing my account due to the way i was treated and finding better options. I dont recommend anyone visit this branch unless you feel like being frowned upon and mistreated.
