- TMTravis MathewsAug 11, 20251.0very unhappy with the online banking. opened account today and all my online info is connected to an account i had with PNC that i opened 5 years ago and closed 4 years ago. i have tried contacting support and just don't have time to figure out how to get a person on the phone.. Trying to move and i have 10k on the line if im not out in time. It would be more than helpful to know where my money stands!!!

This review is SOLEY ABOUT THE ATM MACHINE! I chose this bank 14yrs ago because it was the closest bank to my house since i do most of my banking thru the ATM. I wish they would just FINALLLY replace this machine & quit fixing it/patching it/updating it because it always has something wrong with it lately. It’s REAALLY annoying after hours or when you’re in a hurry & now have to circle the block & either go inside or wait in line. Like I said, people are awesome & i appreciate they are open til 6p during the week & til 1p on Saturdays, JUST WISH THEY WOULD GET A NEW ATM!! (Hoping this message makes it way2the people who can do something about it-lol)
